Google Gives Googlers Salary Raises, Cash Bonus

Google has grown from being a little start up to being one of the biggest tech companies today. Like every successful company, it relies heavily on the hard work of its employees. Despite how much technology Google has working for it, it still needs humans to drive that innovation.

Google learned that its employees value their salary quite highly – higher than bonuses or stock compensation. With that in mind, Google is aiming to keep its employees happy with money.

According to Business Insider, Google has given all of its employees a $1,000 cash bonus where tax has already been paid for. This is $1,000 in the pockets of employees to do with whatever they please.

As if that wasn't enough, Google is also giving every employee, regardless of position or location, a 10 percent salary raise. Googlers can earn and even bigger raise equivalent to 1X the employee's target bonus for the year.

Below is supposedly the confidential email that Google CEO Eric Schmidt supposedly sent to all employees:

We want to make sure that you feel rewarded for your hard work, and we want to continue to attract the best people to Google.}

In this tutorial i am going to show you how to to access someone's facebook,
youtube, and many other accounts which is using the same WiFi as you.

You need:

1. Mozilla Firefox

2. Firesheep <http://codebutler.github.com/firesheep/> - A Firefox
extension that demonstrates HTTP session hijacking attacks.
3. WinPcap <http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm> - WinPcap is an
open source library for packet capture and network analysis for the Win32
platforms. It includes a kernel-level packet filter, a low-level dynamic
link library (packet.dll), and a high-level and system-independent library.

Step 1: Install WinPcap then drag the Firesheep add-on, and put it on the
Firefox icon. Firefox will open and will ask you to install the add on.
Install it and restart Firefox.

Step 2: Open the add-on (You can do it by clicking on View -> Sidebar ->
Firesheep), then click on Start Capturing and it'll start capturing, and as
soon as somebody logs in any account it'll show up the logs, and then you
can access their account.

Simple, but functional and VERY effective method to hack someones facebook,
youtube, myspace, etc. account through WiFi.

Google Sync Makes Life Easy for iPhone Users

Just another convenience of the iPhone, if you are an avid Google Account user, you don’t have to switch to Apple’s iCal or Address Book just because you got a new mobile device. Google Sync for the iPhone ensures that your Gmail, contacts, and calendars are always the same whether you are at your office or on the go. Just follow these five easy steps to make sure you always have the information you need right at your fingertips.

Step 1: Access

Tap on the settings icon on your iPhone’s home screen and select “Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.” Now tap “Add Account” and go to Microsoft Exchange.

Step 2: Information

Now that you have accessed Microsoft Exchange account settings it’s time to enter information about your e-mail, username, and password. For your e-mail you are going to want to put your entire Google Account address, for example “username@googlemail.com.” Then ignore the Domain field and fill in the other two blanks with your Google Account Username and Password. If you prefer, you can enter a description of the account to remind you that it is associated with Google. Now you can tap “Next” at the top right of your iPhone’s screen.

Step 3: Server

After you press “Next” it will take a moment to verify your Exchange account information. If the next thing you see is a dialog box stating that it is “Unable to Verify Certificate,” just ignore it by selecting Cancel. A new “Server” field will now appear, which you can fill in with the address “m.google.com” and again, tap “Next” at the top of the screen to proceed.

Step 4: Services Selection

It will now take a moment to verify your Exchange account information once more. Soon the “Exchange” screen will appear and prompt you to select the information that you want to synchronize using exchange. Choose the Google services that you want to sync like your mail, contacts, or calendars.

Step 5: Syncing Preferences

If you have selected to sync contacts and calendars, be aware that the information on already existing contacts and calendars will be deleted off your phone. If you do not want this to happen, Exchange allows you to bypass this option and when prompted you can select “Keep on my iPhone,” which will also continue to let you sync with your computer’s iTunes. This option allows for all of the information in the “All Contacts” group to be synced together. Only want to sync the “My Contacts” group? If your answer is yes, then during the Google Sync you must choose “Delete Existing Contacts.” This will replace the contacts in your phone with the contacts in your Google Account.

Sadly, many of us keep convincing ourselves, “Someday I’ll be happy.” We tell ourselves ‘I’ll behappy when I will be a president, when I will be doing so and so service, get a particular mobile phone’ etc. We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, then another, then another, on and on and on we go with our wish list.

How To Find Someones IP Address

Finding out someone's IP address is like finding their phone number, an IP address can be used to find the general location where that person lives. If you can email the person, or get them to click a link on a forum, you can find out their IP easily.

1. Surf to www.whatstheirip.com. The site will ask for your email. Enter your email and click "get links".

2. You will be emailed a couple links. The links when clicked will lead to a "page not found" and "invalid thread specified". When one of the links is clicked it will email you back the IP of whoever clicked the link.

3. If its a victim that I have interaction with on a board or forum I always ask them "Is this you they are referring to in this thread"....the person invariably clicks the link and I'm emailed back their IP

Now of course once you have someones IP you can remotely shut down their computer or port scan them or whatever your deviant mind can think of.
